If you’re seriously thinking about buying a property in Turkey, an inspection trip is essential. Even if you are already familiar with Turkey, you will find visiting as a potential property owner is very different from spending time here on holiday.
An inspection trip offers you the opportunity of a tailor-made viewing experience where you can see for yourself a range of properties that best suit your requirements – and your budget.

The Local Area
With Nicholas Homes you will be taken on a tour of the local area and our English speaking sales consultants will endeavour to answer any questions relating to residency and the wider community, including the location of schools, shops and hospitals. If you’re intending to use your property as a holiday home, and want to invite family and friends to stay, or benefit from rental income, then it’s useful to know what the area has to offer the holidaymaker. The Fethiye region of Turkey is well-renowned for its beaches, water sports, culture, café night life and fabulous restaurants. Many tourists return year after year before finally choosing the property of their dreams, when they often return for good.

The Itinerary
A personalised itinerary will be designed around your needs. You will have the opportunity to visit a selection of your favourite Nicholas Homes properties (chosen by you prior to your visit). As you will be dealing directly with the builder, you are free to request a meeting with the architect and the legal department, as well as our experienced Nicholas Homes’ staff. In the evenings our sales consultants will entertain you in local restaurants, offering a wide range of Turkish and International cuisine. Our inspection trips last approximately four days, giving you ample time to view your property more than once, without taking too many valuable days away from home and work. We want this to be a memorable and enjoyable experience and everyone at Nicholas Homes is waiting to offer you a taste of genuine Turkish hospitality.

The Cost
We offer free accommodation in one of our apartments in either Hisarönü or Çalis for 3 or 4 nights; return airport transfers from and to Dalaman airport; a welcome grocery pack; all lunch and evening meals; and a tailored itinerary to view the properties of your choice. Should you purchase a Nicholas Homes property during your inspection visit, we will take into account the air fares (for up to 2 people) you have incurred when agreeing the final purchase price.
