New owners automatically become members of our exclusive Nicholas Owners Club. Once they receive their usernames and passwords, they can logon to the secure Nicholas Owners Club website and enjoy more benefits of being a Nicholas Owner.

The home page is regularly updated with relevant news and information about Nicholas Homes and the Nicholas Group, and owners are encouraged to keep their personal details up to date. Owners of current developments will be able to watch their new home grow before their eyes as we regularly add build progress photos throughout the construction period. Owners of existing properties will be able to view images of their homes, and for properties rented via Nicholas Rentals, they will be able to see the images we use on the NGI Holidays site.

All Owners with a rental agreement will be able to use the site to manage bookings for their properties and to book rental services such as cleaning, grocery packs and airport transfers, and any bookings made by Nicholas Rentals will be instantly listed on the booking page. Access to the website is free – and is Exclusive to Nicholas Owners.
