We have plots of land available in several locations across the beautiful region of South West Turkey in which we are based. You simply choose the location that suits you, whether it’s close to the beach, high in the mountains with fabulous views, or conveniently located near local amenities.

This stretch of the Turkish coastline is known as the Turkish Riviera or Turquoise Coast and stretches from Fethiye in the west through to the Syrian border in the east. Without doubt, this is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline anywhere in the Mediterranean. The area from the town of Fethiye to the village of Kemer is known as Lycia and has Turkey’s most dramatic coastline with mountains falling away into crystal clear seas,with towns and villages perched on the plateaus above.

We currently have plots available on sites in Ovaçik, Çiftlik, Üzümlü, Göcek, Kemer, Eşen, Dalaman and Köyceğiz.

Plots are available from 300m2 to over 1000m2 - you can choose the size of plot you want, and if you’d prefer a site of your own we can supply that too!

Our team of architects are available to help you choose the design, layout and specifications of your Tailor Made Home so it is exactly as you want, built to the usual Nicholas Homes high standards.
